Agreement and pre-launch status
These Terms describe the intended rules for accessing and using the Siela website, hosted workspace, products, and related services. Siela is currently an unincorporated, pre-launch software project.
The operator's legal identity and governing jurisdiction must be added before these Terms are used as a public production agreement. Until then, this page is a product draft for review and does not replace a signed pilot or testing agreement.
The Siela service
Siela is a connected workspace that includes an AI agent, CRM, meetings, team collaboration, workflow tools, and personal workspaces. Features may be experimental, change during development, or be provided as a preview.
Accounts and workspace authority
- Provide accurate account information and protect credentials.
- Use a business workspace only when authorized by that organization.
- Workspace administrators may manage membership, permissions, data, and connected services.
- Notify Siela promptly if an account or workspace may be compromised.
Customer data and permissions
Users and customer organizations retain their rights in content and business data submitted to Siela. They grant Siela the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that data to provide the requested service.
Users must have the necessary rights to import contacts, connect accounts, send communications, record meetings, and instruct Siela to act on business data.
AI agent actions and user review
Eos can retrieve context, prepare work, and perform available actions when authorized. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Users remain responsible for reviewing outputs and decisions before relying on them.
Siela is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, employment, or other regulated professional advice. Users must not delegate decisions requiring qualified professional judgment solely to an AI feature.
Recordings and communications
Users are responsible for giving notice and obtaining any consent required before recording, transcribing, or analyzing a meeting. Users must also comply with applicable marketing, anti-spam, privacy, and communications laws when using CRM, email, messaging, or campaign features.
Acceptable use
Users must not use Siela to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Access systems, accounts, communications, or data without authorization.
- Distribute malware, conduct fraud, impersonate others, or evade security controls.
- Send unlawful spam or use personal information without a lawful basis.
- Interfere with the service, probe it without permission, or attempt to extract protected source code or credentials.
Connected and third-party services
Siela may connect to third-party AI, transcription, storage, email, calendar, file, messaging, and automation services. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. Siela is not responsible for third-party services outside its control, and users are responsible for maintaining the connected accounts they authorize.
Siela ownership and feedback
Siela and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, designs, documentation, and branding, excluding customer data and third-party materials.
If a user voluntarily provides product feedback, Siela may use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate the user.
Preview availability and changes
Preview features may be modified, interrupted, limited, or discontinued. Siela does not promise that a pre-launch service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Material production commitments should be recorded in a separate written agreement.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended to protect the service, investigate misuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these Terms. Production terms will specify notice, account closure, export windows, deletion, and backup retention before general availability.
Disclaimers and liability
Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity obligations, dispute procedures, and governing-law provisions are intentionally not stated in this draft. They depend on the operator's legal identity, jurisdiction, customer type, and commercial model and must be reviewed before launch.
Contact and changes
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hii@siela.in.
Updated Terms will show a new last-updated date. Material changes to a production agreement will be communicated as required.
